Had some troubles with the conversion from .mp3 to AAC. But now I found a simpler solution. Only tested it in iTunes 10. Right click --> Show info --> Options --> Media --> Audiobook. And iTunes places your .mp3 in to the audiobook library. Very handy. Had some troubles with the conversion from .mp3 to AAC.
