This is the way to release a plugin. I don't think I've ever thought of a plugin release as being exciting, but when you add video and you hear "Captain's Log" in connection with a plugin release, you're on the right track. I’m nominating Postreach as a Wordpress Innovator because of the way they released the plugin Click Comments.

I would nominate them for the amazing use of Javascript and for pushing the limit of designing with what you can achieve using Wordpress. Their site is a perfect example of a blog+website. They have created separate templates for each page check the "about page" its single column. Then check the "work" page where they list all the projects they have done so far. The attention to detail is amazing. I think its the perfect Wordpress site.
