I have no idea if this Wordpress plugin is a good idea or whether or not it works, but this is the way you should release a plugin.
I’ve heard it said before that “plugin authors get no love”. I agree, but Postreach Click Comments is a step in the right direction. So much a step in the right direction as far as making plugins and plugin release cool, I’ve decided to nominate them as Wordpress Innovator.

Hi Buzzdroid,
Thank you for the kind words. We try to make our content a bit entertaining. If you are going to read something about technology you might as well get a laugh or smirk out of it. The recent Apple commercials are a good example of humor and message.
We haven’t gotten around to listing ourselves in the WP plugin directory yet, but we should soon.

I like the idea, but I am wondering if it requires professional services of voice artist to produce a good video like this. most of the plugin authors are like me . They would not have much resources to market their stuff like this.
Good one though.
The plugin itself seems to be a copy of polls, modified to work for all posts. Its is still good have user giving their feedback, in discrete terms, rather then not giving at all.

Yeah, we hired a professional voice actor for it. Prices have a wide range and so does quality. There are sites that act like elance for actors, and you get the same kinda irrelevant candidate ratio (ie: 90%) responding. If you have friends that do good impressions then you are set.
Our objective was not to make it a poll but a means of communications. We have a roadmap of features that we are going to build and roll out to make it more communicative than poll-like.
