I downloaded this and another skin, but no matter which color or skin I use, the sidebar headers are the original blue. Help?

Hi, JD. I checked your site and it appears you are running a very early version of Shifter (1.5). To use this skin or any other skin correctly, you need to be running version 1.7.
Shifter 1.7 was a major upgrade that added numerous features including the ability to shift skins and switch designs with the flip of a switch. Learn more about version 1.7 here.
