Release 4: Shifter 750-180
This version of Shifter is a 750px width theme with a 180px sidebar that can switched from left to right based on user preference. The theme demo shows a nice 160×600 skyscraper ad block in the sidebar.
As with all versions of Shifter, the ad blocks are for reference only. Obviously, you can strip the ad blocks out or replace them with your own ads. We are only trying to show you popular layouts that can be adapted to your blog easily using the Shifter series. The ad blocks are located in the sidebar.php and/or footer.php files of your Shifter theme and are clearly marked so that you can remove them and/or convert them to actual ads for your site.
Release Notes And Licenses
The theme contains no sponsored links or malware, it does contain one of our links because we designed it. If you don’t want the link there, take it out. If you take it out, we would at least like you to drop us a note so we could see the theme in action. We may start a showcase or gallery of Shifter at some point. Part of the code is based on the Yahoo! YUI, which is an incredible libary of user interface tools for developers.
Shifter is Wordpress 2.3 good to go. It will also work on all of the lower versions of Wordpress 2.x.
